A positive, ambitious and people-focused individual, Elias Yau brings a refreshing level of enthusiasm, maturity and professionalism well beyond his years. Born and raised in Australia developing strong communication skills and an appreciation for diverse cultures. From a young age, Elias developed a natural passion for socialising, connecting with others, and understanding people on a deeper level. His empathetic nature, paired with his ability to communicate eloquently, has shaped him into someone who thrives in customer-focused environments. This early passion for people seamlessly aligned with his growing interest in real estate—an industry he admired from a young age.

Elias spent his youth playing semi-professional soccer, a commitment that strengthened his discipline, resilience and competitive drive. These qualities now form the backbone of his professional approach. After graduating from Salesian College Chadstone, he completed a semester of Arts/Design at Monash University, majoring in Criminology, before deciding to pursue his long-standing passion for real estate and customer service.

With four years of hands-on customer experience—including one year as a waiter and three years in customer service at Woolworths—Elias developed exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the importance of client care. His eloquence, empathy, and ability to build rapport quickly make him a natural fit for the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Elias enjoys sports, hiking, tennis, spending quality time with his family and friends, and staying active. His curiosity for people, culture and continuous self-development keeps him motivated and grounded.
